- Our rates start at $60 per service call for weekly maintenance service. This covers our arrival and the first portion of work. Final pricing is based on the size, scope, and condition of the job and will be agreed upon after the walk-through estimate has taken place.
- All move out and single service deep cleans will be required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be credited to your service total, payable at the time of the walk-through. We also require a valid credit card number to put on file until the work is complete and payment has been made in full.
- All properties receiving service must have running water and working electricity in order for us to clean. If we arrive and these things are not in working order, the appointment will be canceled and you will owe for the full service amount. It is always best to reschedule ahead of time if you know there will be an issue with your utilities.
- 48 hour cancellation notice is required in order to avoid any fees.
- Notice given 12 to 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged $30 late cancellation fee.
- Notice given after 7:00 am the day of your service appointment will be charged no more than half of your appointment fee.
- If we arrive to the property and you cancel, you will owe for the cost of the whole appointment.
- During summer months when the heat is a factor, air-conditioning must be on in the home. We will not risk subjecting anyone to heat exhaustion or stroke.
