Our Services

Residential Deep Clean and Move outs include:

-Wiping down all baseboards, door jambs, and windowsills.

-Dusting all ceiling fans and light fixtures.

-Cleaning and polishing the exterior of all appliances (where applicable).

-Cleaning and polishing all tabletop and countertop surfaces.

-Washing cabinet faces.

-Thoroughly de-greasing and cleaning stove and hood.

-Scrubbing and disinfecting the shower, toilet, sink, and fixtures inside and out.

-Polishing and dusting furniture and decor.

-Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping all floors.

Move Out cleans additionally receive:

-Cleaning and disinfecting the interior of appliances

-Cleaning the interior of cabinets

With all services we reserve the right to add on any necessary additional fees for tasks that require additional time or supplies to complete (e.g., excessive filth, difficult shower scum)

Residential weekly and bi-weekly services include:

Services start at $120 and are adjusted accordingly for frequency, size and condition.

 

Whole home:

  • Dust all reachable surfaces
  • Wipe all light switches and door knobs
  • Spot clean doors and trim
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Sweep and mop hard floors
  • Empty bathroom and kitchen trash (please have a specified place to dispose of it as we will not take it with us to dispose of)

Kitchen:

  • Wipe countertops and backsplash
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Wipe exterior of appliances
  • Clean stove-top
  • Spot clean cabinet fronts
  • Microwave interior (if empty)

Bathroom:

  • Clean and disinfect toilet inside and out
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Clean tub/shower (light/normal buildup)
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean and disinfect countertops
  • Spot clean cabinet and drawer fronts

Bedrooms/Living Areas:

  • Dust surfaces
  • Make beds (if linens are provided)
  • Tidy light clutter

 

Removing a service from the standard service list does not change the price of service. 

The following services may be added for an additional fee. (When requesting a stand alone service, please request it for your next visit so the appropriate time can be allotted for the service)

 

  • Oven cleaning - $40
  • Refrigerator interior - $35
  • Interior windows - $5-$8 per window
  • Detailed baseboards - $40+
  • Laundry (wash/dry/fold) $20 per load
