- To serve customers in the most effective and efficient way, please have your home in reset condition (countertops and surfaces mostly uncluttered, dishes in the sink or dishwasher, minimal floor clutter).
- All customers are required to put a valid credit card on file
- Payment is due at the time of service and will incur late fees until paid in full.
- Cancellations with 48 hours notice will not receive a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations the day of will be required to pay the full service amount. If the property is not accessible at the scheduled appointment time the full service fee will be required. These fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Electricity and running water are needed for your appointment. Without them we cannot clean and will need to reschedule. If we arrive to insufficient utilities, full service fee will be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled until they are reinstated.
